The glue spreader mod. SC4/92
allows several types of glue to be spread evenly,
suitable for all types of jobs, it can also be
inserted in fully automatic cycles.
Perfect functioning, maximum maintenance practibility,
elevated strenght and anti accident safety device
are the main qualities that distinguish it.
Independent motorization
of the two spreading units by a motor reducer
with an endless screw, it offers numerous advantages,
among which, the elimination of noise and vibration,
facility and rapidity for maintenance jobs.
Spreading precise
and uniform on both tops of the panel, or on one
top only.
Special shock-absorbers,
on the roller supports, allow the rollers an automatic
opening depth, so as to spread panels of different
thickness within 5 mm. they also compensate for
eventualparallelism differences of the panel.
Spreading roller
covered in antiacid rubber, ground and furrowed,
hard wearing, as they are built with a rational
layer of rubber it is therefore possible to carry
out 6-7 grindings.
It is easy and quick to disassemble.
Dosing rollers
in ebanite of Ø 190 mm spinning at a slower
speed than the spreading rollers, so that the
glue is distribuited only on the spreading rollers,
when these touch each other. With the device on
free wheel, the peripherical speed adapts itself,
eliminating overheating and wear of the rubber.
Dosage of the glue is even with
the use of the dosing roller, it is adjustable
by turning the endless screw-helical wheel and
the special hand wheel.
