The
1 roller glue spreader mod. SCB1/82 is suitable
for every type of spreading on edges and solid,
with any kind of glue, in an accurate and uniform
manner.
The introduction of the piece to be glued is manual
with idle support piece rollers at entry, and
idle grooved rollers at exit.
Spreading roller covered in antiacid rubber,
ground and furrowed, hard wearing, as they are
built with a rational layer of rubber it is therefore
possible to carry out 6-7 grindings.
It is easy and quick to disassemble.
Uniform dosing of the glue by a ground
distribution vat, in stainless steel, of quick
extraction for easy cleaning.
Tank holder of the glue and roller washing
water, in galvanized sheet-iron, extractible for
easy cleaning.
Electrical installation and control panel
by magnethermic switch, with stopping bobbing,
"on-off" switch

on request, idle roller in rubber adjustable
in height from 0 to 200 mm with relative safety
switch. Double fenced piece guide (entrance-exit),
adjustable for the whole lenght of the spreading
roller.
