BC-5
The bench nailing OMEC CB-5, was designed to assemble the boxes using staples, pins or nails.
The machine has five nailers mounted on a team in aluminum with adjustable position: three on the long side two on the short side. For boxes with only the bottom of the operator performs the riveting two sides of the box, turn the piece and performs nailing the other two sides.
For boxes with bottom lid and the operator repeats the operations made for bolting the cover.
The inclusion of pieces takes place manually, locking and bolting are controlled by a sensor that detects the presence of the piece.
The adjustment of the boxes is via a handwheel served as a position indicator. All adjustments are made easily and quickly. The controls are made with an electric panel with PLC integrated in the crankcase. |
