TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
Adhesive preparation tank made of stainless steel, complete with stirrer for mixing the components also made entirely of stainless steel; - Container for catalyst made of acid-resistent neoprene resin; - Water-tight control panel for setting the various stages of the feed programm for automatic or manual application of adhesive to either the upper or lower roller, or to both; - 24V control-panel voltage; - When a product is terminated, mixing is automatically stopped ad the operator is alerted by a siren and flashing light; - Sensors in the feed tanks on the upper and lower rollers of the glueing machine automatically signal the laxk of adhesive and consequent replenishment, The unit is mounted on a special base made of steel girders to ensure perfect control of all parts. If need be, the base can also mount a stainless steel tank for ready-mixed glue and a conditioner for cooling the adhesive; - The entire unit can be used and mounted on gluing machines made by other manufactures.
