Unwinder applicator with shear unit (upper and lower, model SAC/SI)
Designed for coupling paper from rolls on one or two sides of panels in different materials. - Comprising: - Removable input shafts with Ø 60 mm wheels. - 2 Upper coupling rollers (Ø 190 mm.). - 2 Rubber contact rollers. - 1+1 upper and lower idle rollers. - 1+1 Upper and lower rollers (Ø 125 mm.), with adjustable angle by means of pneumatic cylinder for paper repositioning after cutting. - Fixed pneumatic guillotine shear unit with photocell control for paper cutting on rear section of panel. - Pneumatic stop for adjustable paper positiuoning so enable coupling of panel with minimum waste. - 2 Rubber pressure rollers. - 1+1 Upper and lower reel holders mounted on seats with built-in brake. - Adjustable transversal movements system (0 to 50 mm.). - Tapered bush fixture by means of handwheel. - Max. reel Ø 500 mm. - Tapered fixing bushes suitable for holes from 60 to 150 mm. - Control unit via variable speed drive with speed range from 5 to 25 m/min.
