transfer with self-cleaning discs
With this system for dragging
the glued piece exiting the glueing machine, the
time required to clean the PVC and INOX discs every
morning traditional dragging methods are used has
been totally eliminated.
In each transfer by discs with dragging, the glued
piece rotates on the shaft and the disc continuously
accumulates glue, which dries after a while and
subsequently ruins the gluing on the panel.
Our dragging systems eliminates this problem, since
whenever the discs dragging the panel come into
contact with the glue, they are constantly kept
fresh by contact with water during the re-entry
phase end; before emerging in the upper section,
they automatically come into contact with a brushing
roller, which cleans the disc before re-entering
into contact with the glued panel.
